How can I order?

From the web
In our online store, you can select the products you want to buy by adding them to the shopping cart. Then by filling in your details and choosing payment and shipping methods, your order will be processed easily and quickly.
By phone
For phone orders call us every day from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, on phone 2103241708
Via Email
Fill in your information (invoicing, shipping and contact information) as well as the codes and quantities of the products you want and send us an e-mail at info@fotoagora.gr.
What are the available shipping methods?

Delivery to Greece
- Free shipping by courier throughout Greece for orders over €50, total weight up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo beyond 2, the cost is set at 1 euro per kilo.
- Shipping by courier throughout Greece for orders under 50 euros, with a charge of 2 euros for the first 2 kg. For each additional kilo beyond 2, the cost is set at 1 euro per kilo.
- Free in-store pickup. You have the possibility to receive the products of your order from our store on the same day (everyday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), by presenting your ID, as long as the order is placed and paid for by 1:00 p.m. and if the products are available . Prepayment of your order and communication with us is required.
- The cost of cash on delivery is set at €1.50.
Is it possible to return or cancel?

Cash on delivery of your order, via cash on delivery for orders up to €500.
Cash on delivery is not available for larger amounts and for cash on delivery orders.

With online payment of your credit or debit card , Visa, Mastercard or Maestro through a secure SSL connection and Eurobank's payment system.
As long as your card participates in the installment plan, you can pay in up to 3 installments with a minimum installment amount of 20 euros.
National Bank cards, American Express cards and foreign cards are not valid for installments.
After payment by card, we will automatically be notified and proceed with your order.

Are my transactions safe?

By choosing the credit or debit card as the payment method and after filling in the details of your order, you will be automatically transferred to the Eurobank payment page , where you will fill in your card details and then you will be transferred back to our online store, completing the payment process. Our company will not store your card details and the billing process is done externally, with absolute security by the competent organization.
Finally, for extra security, usually for the first time using a credit card in our store, you will be asked to send a copy of your ID as well as your card, with the first digits covered, to make sure that the real recipient is actually charged.
