Returns - Cancellations
Our eshop gives you the possibility to cancel your order or return the products you bought from our online store, in accordance with the law and without unnecessary procedures. Please, before returning a product, read the information below and contact us at 2103241708, so that we can guide you through the return process, depending on the case.
Cancellation to execute order
The customer reserves the right to cancel his order without any charge, as long as the goods have not been shipped. The possibility of cancellation does not apply to products that have been produced to your specifications, or to a special order.
Product return, as you have changed your mind
In the event that you change your mind about the products you have chosen and end up not needing them, you have the right to return the products you have purchased, with a full refund of the amount paid with the original payment method used in a charge. You can return your purchases for any reason, even if you just changed your mind.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the date of receipt of the products. However, if the end of the cooling-off period falls on a holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
Products are accepted for return when they are in their original condition and factory packaging. Excluded from the withdrawal are cases where the products have been produced to your specifications, or following a special order, as well as products that are not suitable for return for health reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods, only as a result of the handling of the goods, other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
The return request must be made in writing, filling in the relevant form, in accordance with section b of the annex of Law 2251/94, which you should send to info@fotoagora.gr in order to receive the relevant confirmation of receipt. The return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice) and the product must be unused, in perfect condition, exactly as it was before the sale, with the packaging intact and all its contents, as well as any gift that may have been included therein.
Our eshop must refund you within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request with the original payment method used in a charge. However, we may delay refunding you if we do not receive the products or a receipt for their return.
Your refund will include the shipping costs you paid when you made your purchase, unless you requested non-standard delivery (such as expedited delivery).
Product return due to incorrect order execution
In the event that the product you received is different to the one you ordered, then our eshop will make sure to cover you as soon as possible with the correct item. In case this is not available, the amount you paid will be immediately credited. In this case, our eshop will bear the extra shipping costs.
Return of a problematic product, due to a manufacturing error, during the first days of use ( D.O.A. – Dead on arrival )
As long as the product is covered by a DOA policy from its manufacturer and during the first days of use a manufacturing error is observed and the respective conditions are met, you can return it, in its original packaging, accompanied by the proof of purchase. Our eshop will in turn return it to the manufacturer, in order to determine the malfunction there as well.
Upon receipt of DOA confirmation from the manufacturer, Our eshop will promptly replace the product (or initiate a refund with the original payment method used in a charge, if it is no longer available). Transport costs, if not covered by the manufacturer, are borne by the customer.
Return of a defective product that is covered by the factory warranty and is for repair
In this case, you can send the product to our headquarters in order to carry out a technical check and repair. Transport costs, if not covered by the manufacturer, are borne by the customer.
